Vegetable dahi tadka
Dahi adds delicious taste in every recipe.
Steps

On a medium flame, add 1 tbsp oil and add ingredients
Roast well
Chopped each vegetable into 4 pieces as shown in video. - 2
Now let the cooked spice cool for 10 mins and add curd
Deep fry potato slices, 2 brinjals, 4 onion slices, 4 ladies finger, 2 cauliflower slices and 4 paneer cubes. - 3
Roast- green peas, sweetcorn, nutrella,sliced capsicum, sliced bell peppers and sliced tomato.
Roast on low flame for 10 mins in butter. - 4
NOTE- curd should be room temperature and tadka also because adding curd into hot tadka will form curdles. Curd will get spoiled.

Add roasted and deep fried veggies into room temperature dahi tadka and cook for 10 mins on low flame, as shown in video

After 10 mins, serve the cooked vegetable dahi tadka as shown in video.
