First take a capsicum,scoop out it's seeds with the help of a knife carefully.Repeat it with the other capsicum also.Rub salt inside the capsicum and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan(2 tbsp),add hing,cumin,green chilli and ginger.Saute.Add all the spices and salt.Add potato and mix it well.Cook it for 4-5 min.on medium heat then switch off the gas stove.Sprinkle coriander leaves and mix.Let it cool.

Now take a capsicum,fill it with potato mixture and keep it in the fridge for 10 min.

Take out the stuffed Capsicum from the fridge and cut it into half inch thick slices.Take corn flour in a plate,dust all the slices with corn flour and keep aside.

Now heat oil (2 tbsp)in a karahi,add turmeric powder,salt, place all the capsicum slices on it and shallow fry.Flip it over after 4 min and fry it on both the sides.

Your delicious stuffed capsicum slices are ready to serve.Enjoy it with puri,paratha or pulao.
