Heat the Pan and Pour the oil

Add Fennel seeds (sombu)

Add one large chopped Onion

Now, add One large chopped tomato and add Red chilli

Saute until the tomato becomes soft and then add pinch of salt

Add Sambar Powder at this stage

Now add that mixture in a mixer

Grind into smooth paste

For tempering, heat the oil, add mustard seeds (crackle them),curry leaves

Pour the tempering over the Chutney
