I have chosen my favorite herb, coriander, to make coriander vadi. Coriander is good for both health and eyesight.
Steps

First, take a medium-sized bowl and add chopped coriander, chili powder, chili paste, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and hing powder. Mix it well.

Then add baking powder and baking soda and mix it well,add some water and make dough,add sesame and take one flat bowl grease with oil,
sprinkle sesame.and steam for10 minutes. - 3
Heat a small pan and add oil, mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, and hing powder to make a tadka. Pour the tadka over the coriander vadi, cut it, and serve.
