White Matar Usal Pav

Start with soaking white peas for over night or 5-6 hours. Pressure cook for 4 - 5 whistles adding salt and baking soda.

Take oil in a pan. Add jeera, cloves, cinnamon,red chilli. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic chilli paste. Add all the masalas. Saute for a while.

Add tomato puree, cook for 5 mins. Add boiled peas mix it and add needed water to adjust the consistency. Add lemon juice. Cook till oil separates.

Garnish with sweet chutney, green chutney, sev, coriander and serve with pav and fried chilli and onion.
