Large Chicken Crown baked Rosti

I know a Rosti is usually shallow fried in a Frying Pan on a hob stove , but I have been different and in the Rosti I added raw grated Carrots , so raw grated Potatoes and raw grated Carrots - if raw Rosti mix is frozen then it is best too defrost it - make into 4 equal balls and then use the palm of your hand too squeeze out the excess moisture and then cook too crisp them up
