  • 1/2 cupunsweetened black soy milk (about 100g)
  • 8blueberries
  • 1small amount of dragon fruit
  • 1/3banana

Steps

    Prepare the ingredients by choosing your favorite brand of oats and type of liquid ingredient (such as milk, oat milk, yogurt, etc.).
