Steps

Fry Beef and Onions in Olive Oil until browned

Add Pataks Paste and stir until spices have cooked

Add Peppers and Fry a little more

Dissolve Stock in 500ml Hot Water

Add Stock + remaining 500ml Hot Water

Allow to simmer for 1 hour

Crush Garlic & Roughly Chunky Chop Mushrooms

Add Garlic & Mushrooms, simmer for 2 hours on low.
Top up with water as it becomes dry. - 9
When beef is sort and sauce is thick then the curry should be ready!!

Serve with homemade oven chips or brown rice
