In a tart pan, spread the pie crust and prick it with a fork. In a skillet, melt a small amount of butter and add the bacon. Once the bacon is cooked, place it on the pie crust. In a mixing bowl, crack the 6 eggs, add the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence. Whisk until smooth and pour the mixture over the bacon.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 50 minutes. Your Quiche Lorraine is ready. Serve it with a nice salad.
