Yesterday on the occassion of Janmashtami I have tried taaler Bora. It's an easy process. In order to make this at first I have to extract taal pulp from a ripe taal. Now grind sugar to make sugar powder and also grind grated coconut to make a smooth paste. It's time to mix them well.
- 2
Make a smooth batter with soft hand. Now heat a pan with 300 ml of refined oil and fry taal bora.
- 3
When the boras are getting red keep them aside on a tissue paper.
- 4
Now after decorating serve it to mighty Lord Krishna first and then take the prasad.
