  • 2croissants
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Small burrata cheese
  • 3 slicesmortadella
  • Arugula

Steps

  1. 1

    Flatten the croissants with a rolling pin.

  2. 2

    Toast them in a skillet.

  3. 3

    On one croissant, layer the burrata, chopped pistachios, balsamic glaze, mortadella, and arugula.

    Top with the second croissant to close the sandwich.
