Prepare all the ingredients, clean them thoroughly, and let them drain.

Heat a pan, add cooking oil and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the cuttlefish and stir-fry with the seasonings. Then add the tomatoes and onion and continue to stir-fry.
