Clean the prawns (shrimp), remove the head, peel it's shell. Rinse in water 2-3 times and drain the water. Place the peeled prawns in a bowl.

Marinate Prawns with salt, besan, semolina, Peri Peri Masala powder and lemon juice.

Keep this marinate for at least 15-20 minutes before frying.

Heat a oil in a kadai for deep frying on medium flame. When the oil is hot, fry curry leaves for few seconds. Then remove emove curry leaves and keep aside for garnishing.

Now add the marinated prawns in oil. Deep fry till prawns is cooks from inside and turns golden brown in color. Then remove on a absorbed paper.

At the time of serving, sprinkles little Peri Peri Masala powder and decorate with fried curry leaves.

Optional:- While removing shell from Prawns, You can leave 1 cm of tail if desired.
