Break spaghetti into pieces, drop in the boiling salted water, cook 12 minutes. Place sieve, let cold water run through the cooked spaghetti. Returned to double boiler to keep hot.

Make a sauce of olive oil, small chopped onion, crushed tomato and heat thoroughly in the oil. Add little salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce. Then add tomato ketchup, finely chopped ham, and tongue mixture to pour over spaghetti.

Sprinkle mixture with grated Parmesan cheese for serving top with paprika.
