Boil chickpeas in advance, in a mixing bowl, add finely chopped red onions 🧅, diced tomato 🍅, cucumber 🥒, jalapeno and finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿stir to combine well, keep aside. Add lime juice 🍋, salt 🧂, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and olive oil mix well, cover with lid and let it chill for 1 hrs and serve.

Serve with tortillas chips, tip: can also mix all ingredients in food processor to desired smoothness.
