Ingredients

  • 140 gbrown rice (1 cup of rice cooker)
  • 400 gbroccoli 🥦
  • 4bell peppers
  • 4 tbsptamari sauce
  • 1lemon 🍋 juice
  • 60 gsoft goat cheese
  • 2 tbspsunflower seeds
  • 1 pinchchilli pepper
  • 1small piece of ginger root shredded

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm up the oven to 400F. Mix lemon juice with ginger and tamari.

    Cut Broccoli and bell peppers. Pour the sauce on it and bake for 20- 25 minutes.

    Cook the rice.

    Put rice on the plate. Cover with veggies. Sprinkle chilli pepper. Top with goat cheese and sunflower seeds. Mix. Enjoy.
