Ingredients

  • 1 cupmung beans
  • 1 packagenata de coco, drained
  • 1 canlongan, drained
  • 1/8 cuppalm hearts, drained
  • 1 cartoncoconut milk
  • 1 tsppandan extract
  • 1/8 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/3 cansweetened condensed milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil mung beans until 70% cooked.

    Mix the pandan extract, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, mung beans, and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Cook until mung beans are tender

    Chill the liquid in a water bath until cooled

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the ingredients when the liquid is cooled and mix
