Others love to use fish head,it’s tastier.I just opt easy part since fish head have a lot bones.Each household have their own tastebuds and methods,so there’s always room for improvement and experiment.I dont mind sharing ☺️

Wash fish and vegetables,cut the vegetables Marinate the fish with salt and lemon to reduce the fishy smell

Blanch each vegetables in a boiling water for 5 minutes,fry the fish into hot oil.Not deep fry,just fry to brown the fish

Sauté the spices till fragrant and add 250 ml of water,let it simmer for 5 minutes

Put blanched vegetables and fish and stir gently,let it simmer and put coconut milk.Add a spoon of sugar and salt to taste

Lastly add tomato wedges,put off the fire and your curry fish are ready.
