Firstly cut the eggplant in between, marinate eggplant with turmeric powder and salt.

Now take a wok add oil in and saute all the egg plant.Take it out in 1 plate.

Now take a wok heat the oil add tomato,ginger chilli paste in it and all spices.cook it till it leaves oil.

Now add egg plant in it and add 1 glass of water and cover it for 5 minutes.

Ready to serve with chapati or Paratha.
