In Japan burdocks and carrots are shredded and packed in a pack like this. Most of the supermarkets sell this. Cut Aburaage and Shiitake mushrooms.

Make 250 ml seasoning sauce with shiitake water, soy sauce, Mirin and water. Fry all with sesame oil for a few minutes. Add seasoning mixture in it.

Simmer it with lid for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle sesame seeds. Put it in container and keep it in refrigerator.

Put Shitimi chill powder to taste.
