Quick Italian Meatball Soup with Spaghetti

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupspaghetti, broken in half
  2. 1 bag (40 ounces)frozen Italian meatballs
  3. 2 cans (14.5 ounces)low sodium chicken broth
  4. 1 can (14.5 ounce)diced tomatoes
  5. 1 jar (24 ounces)spaghetti sauce, any flavor
  6. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1 tablespoonoregano
  8. 1 tablespoonItalian seasoning
  9. 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  10. Parmesan cheese OR Parmesan/Romano cheese

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pot heat on low to medium heat your frozen Italian meatballs with your chicken broth, diced tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, black pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning and garlic powder for about 25 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally…………

    Stir in your spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes………

    Serve topped with your choice of Parmesan cheese and enjoy 😉!!!!!
