In mixer jar take sprouted moong then and garlic cloves Chilli ginger and coriander then grind it without adding water now add gram flour in it and water and again grind it finally

So that you get thick better see the consistency of better and add water as per proper consistency of chilla or dosa. Then remove in container now add garam masala salt as per test. keep pan on medium flame. Spread the better when corners slightly leave then flip it

Grease oil from both sides.crispy chilla is ready in five minutes serve it with pudina chutney or sauce, Schezwan chutney.
