Green Garlic Subzi

I have a confessed weakness for Green Garlic Subzi - it's my all-time favorite! Unfortunately, it's not easily available in Kerala, which prompted me to try growing it myself. Whenever I visit Gujarat during winter, I make it a point to bring some back.
What I love most about this recipe is its simplicity. With just a few ingredients like salted butter, a pinch of salt, and plenty of chopped green garlic, you're all set! It pairs perfectly with Bajra Rotla, making for a truly satisfying meal.
