Steps

Wash and soak bhagar for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, Raw peanuts, saute it well.

Add chopped potato, bottle gourd and tomato.

Add grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and stir it well.

Add 2 cup hot water, Remove water from bhagar and add in to pressure cooker, stir well. Cover the lid.

Make 3 whistles on low medium heat. Then turn flame off. Wait till pressure relese. Open lid.

Mix it well, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Stir and ready to serve.
