I tried them for the first time and it turned out soo Yummy.

Steps
- 1
Make the ingredients ready.
Mix them in the bowl with the spices, herbs and oil. (The leftover poha was cooked so add the spices for the flour only)
Mix thoroughly,then add water little at a time and knead a semi soft dough.
Cover and Give rest for 10 minutes. - 2
After resting, knead again and make the Equal size portion.
Take one portion and roll with the help of dry flour,
Make approx 8" diameter semi thick thepala. - 3
Heat and grease the tawa with little oil.
Roast the thepala on slow flame using oil on both sides of the thepala and till light brown marks appear.
Transfer on the strainer.
Make the rest of thepala.. - 4
Serving Time..
Transfer them in the serving plate together with a cup of masala tea and mango sweet pickle.(Gor Keri)
It's soo Yummy that you can't eat just one..
