First, peel the beetroot and grate them.

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add grated beet and roast on medium flame for four to five minutes.

Then add milk to it.

After the milk burns a little and the mixture thickens, add sugar and milk cream.

Now add cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and raisins.

Everything has to be mixed properly. Spread the prepared halwa in a plate.

As the halwa cools down a bit, it can be cut into desired shapes and served.
