Tandoori Aam Gola
Steps
- 1
Take a mango and prick it with the help of a fork so that it burns from within. Now start burning it as shown in the image below, until it burns up completely.
- 2
Now cool it down and remove it's skin, as shown below. Now remove all it's pulp and cut them into pieces.
- 3
Now add this in a grinding jar. Now add rest of the spices mentioned above, roasted jeera powder, roasted sauf powder, green chilli, black salt, salt, black pepper powder, chopped coriander, chopped mint leaves, dry ginger powder, 4 tbsp sugar, jaljeera powder, lime juice & water and blend them into a smooth paste.

Now I've roasted 2 tbsp of leftover poha, until it becomes crispy. Grind them into powder form. Now strain this powder over a strainer and add 1 tbsp of this powder in the mixture. Combine everything well. Let it rest for about 10 minutes so that the poha binds well with the mixture. This will act as a thickening agent.
- 5
Your aam panna mixture is now ready. In this mixture add a glass full of water along with some more sugar according to your taste. Mix everything well. Now pour this mixture in the kulfi moulds. Let it set for overnight. Enjoy this golas by sprinkling some jaljeera powder or black salt while having it.
