Aar / Singhara Fish
Steps

Take fresh Aar fish, marinade with little salt + turmeric and Marinade for 15 minutes.

Assemble ingredients

Fry marinade fish till golden brown and keep aside.

In heated pan / kadhai, add 2 tbsp Mustard Oil, allow to heat and then add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle.
Then add Onion + Ginger and sauté till golden brown. Add boiled and chopped Potato and sauté for around 2 minutes. - 5
Then add all spices along with 4 tbsp Water and cook / fry till spices leaves Oil. Add Water + salt and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add fried fish pieces and cook further for 3 minutes.

Dish is done. Add Coriander and Keep in stand by mode for around 2 minutes and dish is ready to serve.

Serve with hot Rice.
