Dry roast peanuts while stirring continuously on a low flame 🔥

After roasting properly the skin of the peanut will automatically peel off. Aroma comes out

Switch off the flame and transfer the peanuts into thali & remove the skin with the help of cloth using hand palms

Remove and clean properly

Crush the jaggery into small pieces and add cardamom next add a small amount of peanuts & jaggery in the mixi jar & blend on pulse mode

Once finished into powder form then prepare Laddos by taking a small amount of mixture by giving shape with the help of hands

One by one. Transfer to an air tight container 🫙 & enjoy the festival of lights ☺️😋
