Assemble ingredients. Grate Coconut and keep aside.

In a kadhai add water and allow to heat, then add jaggery and allow to melt.

Then add grated Coconut + cardamom and cook under medium flame. Cook till moisture from coconut evaporates.

Gradually mixture thickens and turns aromatic. Mixture for ladoo is done, discard Cardamom.

Allow to cool for 1-2 minute, dip palms in Water, take medium quantity mixture and give shape of Ladoo.
Coconut Ladoo is done.
