Take readymade better and add salt and asafoetida and mix well in only one direction for 2 - 5 minutes.

Pre heat appe pan and grease with oil. Put a little amount of better in it cover it with lid for 5 minutes.

Turn the vadas after 5 minutes. Roast properly from both the sides.

In a bowl take water add dahi and soak all the vadas in it for 20 - 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes press gently all the vadas and remove water from it. In a serving dish arrange vadas.

Now pour curd, mithi chutney,salt,red chilli powder and roasted jeera powder.

Than add pomegranate seeds and nylon sev on it. (Totally optional) Serve immediately.
