Ingredients

30 minutes
2 persons
  1. 1 small bowl of dahivada better (i have used readymade)
  2. 5 tbspcurd
  3. 2 tspmithi chutney
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 1/8 tspasafoetida
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  8. 1/4 tsproasted jeera powder
  9. 2 tspcurd for soaking vada
  10. 2 tspOil for greasing
  11. 2 tsppomegranate seeds
  12. 2 tspsev (optional)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take readymade better and add salt and asafoetida and mix well in only one direction for 2 - 5 minutes.

    Pre heat appe pan and grease with oil. Put a little amount of better in it cover it with lid for 5 minutes.

    Turn the vadas after 5 minutes. Roast properly from both the sides.

    In a bowl take water add dahi and soak all the vadas in it for 20 - 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes press gently all the vadas and remove water from it. In a serving dish arrange vadas.

    Now pour curd, mithi chutney,salt,red chilli powder and roasted jeera powder.

  7. 7

    Than add pomegranate seeds and nylon sev on it. (Totally optional) Serve immediately.
