1 lbextra melt American cheese
4 ozsmoked cheddar cheese
1/2 lbChorizo
4jalapenos finely chopped
1 cupHeavy Cream
1/2 cupwhole milk (Lactose Free)

Fully cook the chorizo and drain / sop up the fat with a paper towel.

Shred the chorizo and jalapeños in a food processor. It's fine to use puree mode.

Shred or cube the cheeses.

Place all ingredients in a crock pot on low heat until fully melted. Stir occasionally to incorporate.
