Soak chickpeas for 4 to 5 hour. Soak the soya chunks in the water for half an hour. In the pressure cooker cook soya chunks and chickpeas for 4 to 5 whistles

Let cool the cooker and drain all water from the chickpea and soya chunk Iin the mixer grinder grind cooked soya chunk,chickpea,onion,garlic,ginger and green chilli, pudina and coriander leaves.

Now add chilli powder, coriander powder,salt,and rice powder and mix well.

Make kabab in the shape as you like

Grace the tray with oil add some oil on the kabab and put the tray in the microwave on the mode airfrier keep this for 10 min.after 10 min turn the sides of kabab add some oil again put this in the airfrier for 10 min

Serve the kabab with sauce or garlic dip

You can shallow fry the kabab.It's yummy and healthy.
