Steps

Start by chopping the veggies, par boiled cauliflower,peas and carrots. Blanch spinach and make puree. Cook basmati rice upto 80% add some salt.

In a pan mix oil and ghee and heat it. Add jeera, cloves, cinnamon,bay leaf,red chilli, curry leaves and add the veggies and chilli ginger garlic paste and salt.Saute for 5 mins. Add spinach puree and cook for 5 mins.

Add rice, biryani masala and give a good mix. Cover it and cook it for 10 mins on low flame.

Serve it hot with raita or tomato soup, and enjoy this Winter the goodness of spinach and veggies.
