Soy-Braised Scallion Tofu
A delicious meal that requires zero cooking skills—quick and easy. Soy-braised tofu... it's just that simple.

Prepare the ingredients. This recipe uses Japanese BBQ sauce.

Wash the scallions and slice them thinly. Set aside.

Press the tofu with paper towels to remove excess water, then cut into pieces.

Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. Add the tofu and pan-fry.

Cook over medium-low heat until both sides of the tofu are lightly browned.

Pour the sauce into the pan and let the tofu absorb the flavors. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced scallions to the pan and flip the tofu. Cook for another 1–2 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Transfer to a plate and enjoy this quick dish.

This dish goes great with rice.
