Add 2 Tbsp ghee in a pan or kadai roast the besan on a very slow flame when the besan becomes aromatic, add ghee again and roast it... For roasting it will take nearly 20 to 25 mins.. then take it in a big plate and let it cool.

Put the kadai on gas add some ghee and fry the gond in it. Now dry roast makhana and almonds. Let it cool and grind it

Now grind the gond in the mixer grinder. Now add this mixture to the roasted besan and mix it well.

Now add powder sugar and mix in the above mixture make small laddues, add kismis while making laddues

Serve it in a party.. you can store these laddues for 1 month.. they are healthy
