Wash and pat dry both pears and broccoli at first. Cut pears in large cubes. Keep all the broccoli florets ready too. Add them to a mixing bowl.

Next is to toss these both with the rest of the ingredients as mentioned one by one starting with the olive or sesame oil. Sprinkle both the black and sesame seeds too. Finally a generous sprinkle of arabian sea salt.

Toss all until combined well. That's it. Meanwhile preheat the air fryer. Set the temperature on 200° for 10 minutes. Select the roast option. Now in goes the vegetable and the fruit mix.

Roast until done. It usually takes 7-8 minutes. Keep shaking the air fryer basket two to three times in between for even roasting. That's it.
