Steps

Take all the ingredients for Green Garlic Mix Dal Dhokla.

Now take a bowl and soak all the dals and rice for 1 hour, Now take a blender jar and add soaked dals and rice to it, Now add grated carrot and green garlic to it,

Now add finely chopped ginger green chillies and finely chopped Coriander to it, Now add asofoteda powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to taste, Now add lemon juice to it,

Now, after adding lemon juice, add sugar to it, Now add a little water to it and grind and make a smooth batter from it,

Now take the batter into a bowl and add eno to it and little water to it and mix it well properly and keep aside for 10 mins,

Now grease the plate for dhokla in a steamer and pour the ready dhokla batter to it and sprinkle red chilli powder on it and steam it for 15 mins,

Now our green garlic mix dal dhokla is ready and cut into pieces and take it to the serving plate and serve with green chutney.
