Ingredients

4 to 6 people

1 C.white rice
2 TBSPoil (optional) I dry fry for health
1med. onion, chopped
2 clovesgarlic, chopped
1 1/2 ouncecan stewed tomatoes or I prefer diced fresh tomatoes
1 teaspoonsalt
1 1/2 cupsH2O
1/2chicken bouillon cube

Fry rice until browned; add onion, garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 20 minutes until tender.
