Ingredients: 14.5 oz diced tomatos; 8 oz tomato paste; tbsp garlic salt; tbsp cayenne pepper; tbsp chili powder; tbsp crushed red pepper; tbsp paprika; tbsp bayou seasoning; tbsp adobo seasoning; tbsp oregano; tbsp basil; 1/4 c soy sauce; 1/4 c worshire sauce; 1/4 c steak sauce; 1/3 c red wine vinegar

I am not a fan of anything from a jar so this is one of my favorites. Freezes well and a great starter recipe to make varations. I make a few different kinds then freeze in snack bags for office gifts, works great in small mason jars too!

Ingredients

4 cups

14.5 ozdiced tomatos
8 oztomato paste
tbspgarlic salt
tbspcayenne pepper
tbspchili powder
tbspcrushed red pepper
tbsppaprika
tbspbayou seasoning
tbspadobo seasoning
tbsporegano
tbspbasil
1/4 csoy sauce
1/4 cworshire sauce
1/4 csteak sauce
1/3 cred wine vinegar

Steps

Mix ingredents (NOT tomato paste) in large pan and cook on Medium for 20 minutes.

Add tomato paste and stir well, Simmer for 25 minutes

Remove from heat into glass bowl to cool.

After completely cooled, fill containers or store in glass container.
