I am not a fan of anything from a jar so this is one of my favorites. Freezes well and a great starter recipe to make varations. I make a few different kinds then freeze in snack bags for office gifts, works great in small mason jars too!

Ingredients

4 cups
  1. 14.5 ozdiced tomatos
  2. 8 oztomato paste
  3. tbspgarlic salt
  4. tbspcayenne pepper
  5. tbspchili powder
  6. tbspcrushed red pepper
  7. tbsppaprika
  8. tbspbayou seasoning
  9. tbspadobo seasoning
  10. tbsporegano
  11. tbspbasil
  12. 1/4 csoy sauce
  13. 1/4 cworshire sauce
  14. 1/4 csteak sauce
  15. 1/3 cred wine vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ingredents (NOT tomato paste) in large pan and cook on Medium for 20 minutes.

    Add tomato paste and stir well, Simmer for 25 minutes

  3. 3

    Remove from heat into glass bowl to cool.

  4. 4

    After completely cooled, fill containers or store in glass container.
