Ingredients

1 pkgYellow cake mix
1 pkgInstant lemon pudding mix
3/4 c.vegetable oil
3/4 c.apricot juice
Sauce
2 T.butter, melted
2 T.water
2 c.powdered sugar
1/2 c.orange juice
1/2 c.apricot juice

Steps

Mix together in a bowl: first four ingredients.

Mix 4 eggs lightly with fork. Then beat at low speed in mixer for 2 min.

Bake in tube pan for 40-50 min @ 350°.

Make sauce by blending.

When done baking, punch w/ ice pick 100 times. Pour sauce over cake & cool in pan before turning out.
