Curry leaves are good for the heart. Regular consumption of curry leaves strengthens your heart muscle, lowers cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of heart disease.
Steps

Rinse the curry leaves with enough water to remove any dirt. Then chop finely.

Now add wheat flour, 1 tbsp oil & salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Then add finely chopped curry leaves, dried fenugreek leaves and mix.

Then knead the dough by adding warm water as needed. Warm water helps make the chapatis soft and pliable. Be careful while adding water as some flours require less water. Knead a smooth dough.

Apply some oil on the kneaded dough and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes. Then divide the dough into medium or small balls of equal size.

Dust a little dry flour on the surface and on the dough ball while rolling. Carefully roll with a rolling pin to make round chapatis.

Heat a Tawa on medium heat. Carefully place the chapati on the heated tawa. Roast well on both sides. Apply some oil to the chapati while roasting.

Once the chapatis are cool, keep them in an airtight container.
Serve curry leaves chapatis with a side dish for lunch or dinner.
