Take all the needed ingredients.

In a hot pan add butter and minced garlic,saute.. then add all veggies,saute for 2 minutes

The add around 800ml water,bring it to boil. Once it boils add pepper powder. Close the lid and cook for 10mts.

After all veggies cooked,add diluted ragi mix and mix well before it creates lumps. Add salt.

Then cook around 10mts. If we need a thick consistency, cook for 5more mins. If the consistency is little bit of watery then kids would be like it.

Check salt level. Finally sprinkle some coriander leaves and turn off the stove. While serving add 2 drop of lemon juice and serve.

Thatsall. Healthy Ragi Soup is ready.
