Ingredients

  • 1 cupkulith
  • 1-1/2 cup sprouts of matki
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • 1 table spoon Sesame seeds
  • Coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

    Wash and soak kulith overnight.Drain out excess water.

    In a mixer jar add kulith,matki sprouts, chillies.Grind coarsely.

    In a mixing bowl add this mixture.To this add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped coriander, chopped cabbage, sesame seeds and mix well.

    Heat a pan add oil in it.Make pakodas and fry till crispy.

    Serve hot with fried chillies.
