Methi Paratha
Steps

Take a bowl. Add wheat flour, besan, carrom seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, oil, salt and methi leaves. Mix it well.

Now add water and make a dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes make small balls of the dough. Take a ball roll it and make paratha. Roast both sides of the paratha on pan. Serve hot with curd, tomato sauce, any type of pickle.
