Steps

Wash chopped methi, remove excess water. Peel matar(green peas). Wash brinjal. Heat oil in a kadai.

Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder chopped green chillies. Saute it well. Add green peas. Mix it well. Add 1/3 cup of water. Cook matar for 7 minutes.

Add cut brinjal and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. After that add methi.

Add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder and garam masala. Mix all ingredients. Cook for 3 minutes. Methi mix sabji is ready.

Serve hot This winter sabji with millet flour ' rotla' it' very tasty.
