Ingredients

35 minutes
4 people
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 2tomato
  • 2onion
  • 6-7garlic cloves
  • 1/2 inchGinger
  • 2cinnamon sticks
  • 3-4green cardamom
  • 3-4cloves
  • 1star flower
  • 1masala velchi
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala
  • 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  • 6-8cashews
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1bay leave
  • 1/2 tablespoonkasuri methi
  • 1 tablespooncoriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoonghee or oil

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take all ingredients someone platform then take one kadhai and keep on medium flame then add little bit oil in that kadai and add chopped onion tomato ginger and garlic and cashews and little bit salt in it. Soute this all for 5 to 7 minutes and then switch off the gas. After 5 to 7 minutes all ingredients becomes soft make it cool and grind it finely.

    Then keep another kadai and add ghee or oil. Then add khada masala in it and our ready paste. Simultaneously add red chilli powder garam masala dhanya jeera powder sugar and salt in it.

    Mix it will and cook for 3-4 minutes then add kasuri methi in it and and boiled green peas. When you get thickness to your gravy add paneer pieces in it. If you want nice texture to your gravy you can add fresh cream in it.

    After 5 minutes add chopped coriander in it. And switch off the film serve this recipe with Puri, phulka,chapati,roti or rice.
