1medium winter squash
3 tablespooncream cheese
1 tablespoonparsley
2 tablespoonsolive oil

Preheat oven to 180, on bake setting.Half the spaghetti squash, clean out seeds season with salt and pepper place on baking sheet and cook till soft

Once cooked scope out the squash and set aside to cool off a bit

Add cream cheese and parsley and season if you still need to. Enjoy

This dish is great with a curry like in the picture, and salad.
