Assemble ingredients

In heated pan add Oil, add whole spices and sauté for around 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic and sauté for fee seconds. Add chopped Onion + green chilli and sauté till golden brown.

Add chopped Tomato + salt and sauté for around 2 minutes.

Add all spices + 2 tbsp Water and cook till spices leaves Oil.

Add chopped Mushroom. Mix well, saute for few minutes. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes under medium flame.

Mushroom leaves Water. Add 1/4 cup Water and Cook further for 2-3 minutes.

Add green peas + garam masala + kasuri methi + Sugar + salt as required and cook further for few more minutes.

Lastly add chopped Coriander and keep in stand by mode for few minutes. Dish is done.

Serve with any Flat bread.
