Gobhi / Cauliflower Pakoda

Steam Cauliflower florets and drain excess water

Make a medium thick slurry of Maida + Rice Flour + Salt + Turmeric powder + Poppy seeds + Onion seeds + Water + 1 tbsp Mustard Oil.

Dip each cauliflower florets in slurry and deep fry in heated Oil. Make sure that each florets is coated well with slurry.

Deep fry under medium flame till crisp and golden brown.

Gobhi Pakoda is done, sprinkle Rock salt and serve hot hot.
